In 2008, the CF will play on FieldTurf at home
The recently ended regular season will be the last on natural grass at Blue Devil Stadium, as last February Chenango Forks taxpayers voted in the installation of a new multi-purpose/multi-sport fieldturf stadium, to be installed hopefully in time for the start of the 2008 season. The approved proposal also included some other improvement projects on the school grounds. Details of the proposal can be seen here in pdf format.
Pre and Post-game articles
During the season you can read all the pre and post-game articles and stats from completed games by clicking on the associated for each game. Often it includes articles from a newspaper in the hometown of the opponent.
Southern Tier Sports Network
The internet sports venture has had six Blue Devil games on their schedule this season, and will also carry this weekends' Section 4 Class B Championship game vs Chenango Valley. The game and archived copies of all of the games (and games between other schools) can be heard at the STSN site, as can be last seasons games. They can also be downloaded to your computer or IPODs.
